WHAT IS THE DATE/TIME OF THE JANUARY ARIZONA WEDDING SHOW?

The Arizona Wedding Show will occur on Saturday and Sunday, January 11 & 12, 2025. Exhibits will be Open 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.

WHAT IS THE DATE/TIME OF THE JUNE ARIZONA WEDDING SHOW?

The Arizona Wedding Show will take place on June 1, 2025. Exhibits will be Open from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

ONE DAY & TWO DAY REGISTRATION

If you purchase a one-day registration, it is good for either Saturday or Sunday. If you buy the two day registration, this includes registration for both days. Once scanned, it may not be used again. There are no in and out privileges. If you would like to return the second day, please purchase a two day registration, or you will need to pay for another single day registration.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

There are various parking garages and metered parking available around the Phoenix Convention Center.

HOW DO I REGISTER TO ATTEND THE ARIZONA WEDDING SHOW? WHAT IS THE COST?

Early Online Registration One Day $12 per person (+ tax & fees). One Day is good for either Saturday or Sunday in January.
Early Online Registration Two Days $15 per person (+ tax & fees).
Promo Codes for Registration are used for Instagram Giveaways, Radio & TV Giveaways, and for Exhibitor Use Only
On-Site Online Registration One Day $15 per person (+ tax & fees). Single Day is good for either Saturday or Sunday in January.
On-Site Online Registration Two Days $18 per person (+ tax & fees).
Children 10 and under are free with a Paid Adult Registration.
All registrations must be purchased online through a computer or mobile device; there is no on-site box office. Once a registration is scanned, it may not be used again.

DOES MY CHILD NEED TO REGISTER?

Children 10 and under are free with a Paid Adult Registration, yet do need to be registered.

WHO ATTENDS THE ARIZONA WEDDING SHOW, BAG POLICY, AND ARE PETS ALLOWED?

The Arizona Wedding Show attracts a large, qualified audience of brides, grooms, partners, their family, and their wedding party ready to buy and eager to learn about the latest products, services, and trends for inspiration for their signature wedding. Bags and purses are allowed, yet are subject to search. Grab Bags are handed out one per couple at the entrance stuffed full of exhibitor show specials. No pets are allowed, yet SERVICE ANIMALS are welcome, with proper credentials, which are individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities such as guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling wheelchairs, seizure alerting, and performing other tasks. Service animals are working animals, not pets.

The Arizona Wedding Show features wedding professionals and businesses in a variety of categories. Everything to plan your wedding in one place.

ARE THE VENDORS PRE-SCREENED BEFORE THEY SIGN UP FOR THE SHOW?

We do our best to vet each company prior to them exhibiting, yet we encourage our attendees to get receipts and contracts in writing for the services provided and what you are paying for to ensure your purchase is protected.  Inquire about their return/cancellation policies up front so you aren't surprised or disappointed should the scenario arise.
